1915 XLNT Foods Overland Model 81 Tamale Wagon

In 1915, XLNT Foods moved from the horse drawn carriage to the delivery car. Over 106 years ago, the Willys-Overland Delivery Car Model 81 was XLNTs choice of transport for Tamales and Chili in Los Angeles, Ca. The delivery car cost $895 ($23k in today's dollars) and boasted a whopping 30hp! (Max Speed 35mph). No longer were you required to get out and crank the starter or retrieve the gas can & matches to turn on the lights, the Overland Delivery Car featured a press button starter and switch for your headlights with dimmers. Other features included a High Tension Magneto Starter, 12 spoke hickory rims with 33 inch x 4 inch tires and an adjustable windshield.
