Uncle Paul's World Famous Chili Recipe!

Its a pretty safe bet that when your recipe paper is torn, reassembled and looks battle tested its going to be a delicious meal. This chili recipe was sent to us by long time customers in northern California who were able to finally find our XLNT 2-pack Chili Con Carne at Smart&Final. (Thank you for your persistence and patience!) One note of change - They suggested to substitute a mild enchilada sauce if you don’t like your chili spicy.
